Business Unit Overview

We are currently seeking a Director for the WB Global Real Estate Accounting and Finance Department. This is a key leadership role in the organization.
Overseeing and managing the monthly and quarterly financial statements for the group, including financial statement disclosures and ensuring entries are booked timely and accurately across 58 different legal business unit groups globally within WB companies.
Overseeing and managing the forecasting and coordination of Corporate Real Estate’s overhead budgets across 58 different legal business units including both WarnerMedia Hyperion Systems and WB’s BPC systems while adhering to very strict deliverables between the divisions.
Assisting with the compilation and review of annual Capital Budget with regard to cash flow, project requisitions and input into the Capital Budget access database.
Reviewing and analyzing of legal documents including determination of proper GAAP accounting, approval of workflow required for the new GAAP accounting and participation and/or supervision of special projects across WB/Warner Media/AT&T.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a concentration in Real Estate preferred as well as CPA.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in global accounting, real estate finance/accounting and lease administration in a corporate environment.
Minimum of 6 years management experience.
Knowledge of financial reporting, operating and capital budget, general ledger, profit/cost center accounting, management accounting and other similar responsibilities.
Knowledge of legal agreements pertaining to real estate.
Knowledge of tenant Improvement allowance, tracking and collection experience helpful.
Knowledge of GAAP lease accounting and lease audits.
Advanced computer knowledge including: Microsoft Office, lease software, aperture applications and SAP.
Willingness to research issues and get job done accurately and timely.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
Ability and flexibility to work well under time constraints to meet all deadlines.
