The Director, Field Leader Outlet is expected to deliver first-class service to our customers and our teams, creating a luxury experience in everything we do. The Director, Field Leader Outlet will remove obstacles, provide support, and ensure that the gallery teams feel empowered to “do the right thing”. This leader is passionate about motivating and inspiring teams to deliver results and exceed customer expectations. The Director, Field Leader Outlet will have a passion for design and home furnishings and will lead a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution. This individual will drive, lead and develop our internal customer, setting the tone for an environment where vision is everything, while leading the galleries in the Chicago area.

Build and maintain relationships with gallery leadership and interior design teams to develop strategies on driving business results while ensuring exceptional customer service
Ability to lead, inspire and energize others in-person and remotely
Effectively attract, select and assess high potential talent.
Develop and lead key talent and bench strength at all levels
Ensure development plans are in place for gallery leadership
Deliver first-class service to our teams and clients
Maintain effective communication with Home Office Leadership and peers
Educate associates by communicating the Company Interior Design ethos and product assortment
15+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture, design showroom, or luxury retail preferred
Multi location leadership experience
Interior design experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams
Must possess high energy with the ability to energize others
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office
Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
