Title: CPD eCommerce Director, Multi-channel (Drug accounts)
Location: NYC, 10 Hudson Yards

eCommerce Management:
4 distribution models, 4 different paths to digital purchase / Models are defined according to the Division Strategy
Develop and own overall beauty strategy and planning: Multi-Channel
• Build and maintain true understanding of market trends and category insight
• Translate category insights & market trends within the omni-channel arena to build and support the long-term growth potential; identify long term growth opportunities and define strategies to maximize potential – pilot w/ Target, Wal-Mart & CVS
• Upstream influence to CMI team & Mktg for category information
• Communicate, influence and drive the channel with all internal stakeholders
Define consistent CPD guidelines, reporting & insights
• Develop ways of working that integrates, Category Management, Sales, Customer Marketing and eCommerce / Digital teams that fosters data sharing and insights
• Develop & maintain key reports and distribute to key stakeholders – identify data gaps & resources
• Proactively distribute learnings and trends that enable CPD and it’s retailer partners to become beauty leaders in omni-channel
Proactively influence and drive beauty strategy
• Become strategic partner for key retailers (Target, Wal-Mart, CVS) - - identify key contacts, priorities, gaps
• Influence & drive key strategies for omni-channel beauty for each account that offers differentiation to help CPD & retail partners leapfrog key competitors
• Develop category perspective and help identify opportunities that can be implemented at the CPD & brand level
• Develop cadence for information sharing forums with key accounts to serve as an “advisory board”
Key shared accountabilities:
•Provide high level recommendations based on opportunity spaces identified with accounts
