The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing Digital Marketing strategies for new customers and consulting with existing clients on organic SEO, local search, and social media. This role is focused on partnering with internal and external clients to create, execute, and deliver a successful online marketing strategy for small to mid-size law firms.
Identify, resolve and report on the root cause of performance issues by analyzing the website’s onsite and offsite digital marketing tactics.
Implement changes to key areas of the site and client portfolio to increase performance trends.
Create the initial marketing strategy for client websites that aligns with the client’s digital marketing goals.
Implement onsite and offsite digital marketing strategies including website, local, social media and other online solutions.
Review completed websites for compliance with company search optimization best practices.
Consult with clients to understand their digital marketing objectives and recommend tactics that will reflect the client’s long-term digital marketing goals.
Make recommendations to define clients digital marketing strategy based on industry expertise, market competitiveness, client objectives, and established organizational standards and practices.
Partner with internal and external clients to ensure the website development process results in optimal digital marketing performance.
Minimum of 2 years professional work experience in a digital marketing role and/or search engine optimization.
4 year degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
Advanced understanding of digital marketing, including onsite & offsite optimization.
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and strong time management to deliver high quality work for multiple accounts while meeting aggressive deadlines.
Proficient usage of web analytics tools, such as Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Search Console or Google Analytics.
Ability to build relationships with customers and effectively resolve difficult client situations.
