Join the Cash Equities team as a Desk Assistant to support our International Sales team in the New York office. This is an opportunity to secure an entry level position at an established and truly global organization where you’ll get the chance to grow a long-term career within Cash Equities.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for expense/invoice preparation and payments, coordination of domestic and international travel, assisting with road show coordination, managing supply vendors relationship, managing storage requirements and procuring all office hardware and office supplies. In addition, you’ll work on presentation preparation, such as PowerPoint presentations, proposals and reports on company branded templates, updating client contact research information in our custom database and filling in for other assistants as necessary.
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, where you will show initiative and be resourceful, have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to easily adapt to different situations, be able to liaise with senior management in a professional and confident manner and the ability to maintain/manage confidential information.
To be considered for this role you will have:
An undergraduate degree
Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Mandarin language skills preferred
