The Deployment Managers will partner with the Launch Managers, Client Startup, Company Operations, Client Robotics, Client RME, Company Operations, and the Transition Team to deliver a seamless transition to all the stakeholders.
This position is tasked with the oversight and delivery of training content and schedule for all new site launches as well as new attrition technicians. Additionally, developing and maintaining program content to track daily, weekly launch progress and technician development. The role ensures alignment with Company Transition Team, Launch Mangers, Operations, and the client Startup teams.
Works with various entities within Client operations to coordinate launch program to ensure site launches are executed timely and accurately.
Lead regularly scheduled meetings to ensure Company interests are held at all client and OEM facing levels.
Develop new goals and KPIs to drive performance.
Build documentation and schedules that help the team hit client KPIs
Lead the capacity planning for training and launch support
Identify opportunities to improve costs and inefficiencies in the launch process
Documents program protocol, procedures and practices to ensure repeated and consistent delivery in meeting client needs
Building and developing training content for existing and new processes
Work with other third party providers to maintain consistency in the deployment process
Develop and run the RTL process for new launches
Build, manage and deploy a training schedule for all new Company hires
Make daily corrections to the launch schedule based off of deployment changes
Partner with Company training manager and account leadership to ensure trainers are in place and training is being deployed to the syllabus and schedule
Building SOPs/decision protocol/employee engagement surveys
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Ability to execute methodically and work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Willingness to provide support to all levels of the organization.
Minimum 3 years of project/program performance management.
Strong understanding of schedules, KPIs, program content.
Excellent computer skills – SharePoint, Excel, Word, project software.
Ability to lead large groups of people without a formal reporting structure
