We are now looking for a Deep Learning Software Engineering Intern
We are the leading artificial intelligence computing company and are paving the way with innovations in self-driving cars, machine learning, supercomputing, gaming and visualization. As a member of our Automotive Team, you will work on software development for deep learning hardware accelerator for next generation automotive technology.
Company gives automakers, tier-1 suppliers, automotive research institutions, and start-ups the power and flexibility to develop and deploy breakthrough artificial intelligence systems for self-driving vehicles. Our unified computing architecture enables training deep neural networks in the data center, and then seamlessly runs them on Company Drive PX Pegasus inside the vehicle. Today, we are working with over 300 partners that are using our platform in the development of autonomous cars, trucks, shuttles and taxis.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be involved in the development of state-of-the-art deep learning acceleration software for self-driving cars following safety compliant software development process.
What we need to see from you:
Pursuing BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
You should be able to show strong programming skills in C, algorithms, and data structures.
Experience in embedded software development environments
Experience with Linux and/or QNX operating systems.
Good oral and written communication skills
Understanding of computer architecture and OS fundamentals.
A self-motivated teammate with good attitude.
Must be available full time for Winter 2020 term (January - May time frame)
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in deep learning software development.
Knowledge of design using UML design tools.
