About the role:
This role reports directly to the Head of Data and Digital Audience, and will require a demonstrative understanding of the advertising, media, data and technology landscape. This is a senior position and is part of the newly formed data division at Network 10. You will be focused primarily on developing and enhancing 10’s digital audience offering and supporting strategic projects and advertiser brief responses. You will get to work with best of breed technologies, data partners and leading service providers as you help shape the future of 10’s digital audience assets and capabilities.
Support the Head of Digital Audience with the development and rollout of 10’s audience and monetisation strategy
Lead the strategic response to advertiser campaign briefs, outlining the value proposition, opportunities and points of difference in 10’s digital audience. This will include working with core teams like sales to collaborate and participate in pitches to some of Australia’s most iconic brands
Proactively identify opportunities and approaches that enhance 10’s digital audiences to support internal teams and meet market demand
Work closely with Ad Ops and other teams as required to implement and optimise campaigns across 10’s digital properties
Collaborate with teams at Company both locally and internationally, to align capabilities and strategies, and share knowledge and approaches about best practice campaign delivery and setup.
Work with our CDP, DMP, Analytics and Ad Delivery platforms, to orchestrate and execute targeted campaigns across Ten’s digital properties - web, app and connected TVs.
Identify opportunities and initiatives to optimise the setup and performance of our tech and data ecosystem.
Work collaboratively across the business, understanding the needs of various teams while being an evangelist for 10’s digital audience offering
A keen interest in television, media and the role of digital in a new connected world, and a strong desire to be a part of that!
Ideally you would have a wealth of experience having worked in performance marketing, media agencies, media owners or in a role(s) that has provided you similar experience
You understand the fundamentals of addressable media and the application of data into advertising and marketing programs, and importantly what the market is looking for
You have demonstrative experience with DMPs, analytics platforms and report suites. Working knowledge of CDPs is a big plus.
You are a natural leader and are able to build and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
You are inquisitive by nature and are constantly seeking ways to improve your area of focus
You are able to work well autonomously, and are comfortable shaping new capabilities and processes into your own
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
