Duties: Design and implement key metrics/KPIs to ensure execution by each line of business and corporate function. Develop materials, manage agenda/minutes, and track and escalate issues for regular executive-level meetings (including the firmwide and LOB/Functional Chief Data Officers). Implement tactical operating models, and design strategic operating models, to meet both short-term and long-term program objectives. Develop business requirements for internally developed data management applications. Engage key stakeholders across the organization to support and enable program execution. Provide guidance and recommendations on metadata documentation to subject matter experts in Technology and Data Management
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Investment, Business Management/Administration, Information Technology, or related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience as a Consultant, Private Equity Analyst, Derivative/Equities Trader, Information Architect, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires six (6) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: data management or information architecture; data glossary or data lineage programs; working on cross-functional programs in financial services or related industry; tracing data lineage across databases and systems; Data glossary development and maintenance; data glossary application; data governance project management; data governance product support; information architecture; Microsoft Office Suite; cross-functional initiatives with operations, controls and technology; and financial sector data management.
