Prefer 5-7 years facilities experience with an emphasis on business services or equivalent office management experience within a large organization.
Financial reporting, forecasting and tracking experience preferred.
Project management experience required with consistent track record leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with common office software. Must also have the ability to learn new computer applications as necessary.
Familiarity with Company products is a plus.
Financial reporting, forecasting, tracking, purchase order management and analysis experience. Strong project management skills, including coordination between internal Company groups, vendor and contractor partners and data center teams. Experience with contract management, payables/receivables and budgeting required. Vendor management and support involving contracts, negotiations, invoicing and scheduling. Analysis, tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Project and site operations oversight and coordination. Track and assist in the management and scheduling of all site employee-training needs. Excellent customer service and people skills. Strong, creative problem-solving skills and attention to details. Ability to collaborate with peers at other sites as well as internal departments. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work. Ability to work independently while completing team goals. Able to drive and improve solutions with multiple teams and demanding timelines. Collaborate with organizations including Finance, Corporate Procurement, Legal, Project Management, and more to ensure strategies are aligned and goals are met.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience will be considered.
