The Customer Success Lead for Medicaid will support Medicaid Customer Success through developing collaborative relationships between Company’s Medicaid organization and Healthcare Services (HCS). This role is responsible for partnering with HCS Product, Operations and Strategy teams to support Medicaid new business development activities, assist in executing Medicaid’s aggressive growth strategy, and support successful end-to-end execution of clinical products.
Works closely with Company Medicaid leaders, Clinical Strategy, Operations, Product, and Network teams to lead execution of Company’s clinical product strategy, including Behavioral Health, NICU, Transplant and other clinical products.
Develops understanding of Medicaid state-level business needs and works with organizational leadership to develop comprehensive clinical strategy and portfolio of products to address needs of Medicaid population.
Represents HCS with Medicaid organization and identifies opportunities to leverage clinical products and services.
Presents Company’s end-to-end clinical product strategy to our Medicaid partners and represents HCS products in meetings with entities such as Medicaid state agencies during readiness review, Community-Based Organizations, and external vendors to support new business development activities.
Works collaboratively with Medicaid partners and HCS to understand population-based clinical customer needs and expectations along with prioritization of strategic product solutions.
Coordinates between HCS business owners and Medicaid to align on clinical products needed to support Medicaid.
Assures end-to-end execution of Company’s clinical products with key business partner experts to support aggressive new Medicaid business development in multiple states.
Consults and influences Medicaid benefits and network strategies, as well as adoption of HCS Products.
Presents product results and outcomes to executive leadership and provides recommendations for product performance improvement.
Supports clinical operational teams in planning, implementation, execution, reporting development, and problem solving.
Bachelor’s degree in any field but preferably with Clinical or Behavioral Health specialization (eg, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Psychology, etc.) or equivalent experience
7 years or more of consulting or professional experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicaid
Previous experience in developing Medicaid strategy
Excellent presentation and communication skills required; experience presenting to executive leadership required
Health industry solutions experience
Previous Managed Care/Health plan operational leadership experience
Previous product management, account management or customer success experience
Previous Business Development and implementation experience
Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
Intermediate ability to implement process improvements
