General Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for assisting customers with placing orders and resolving issues while providing the highest level of customer service.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists customers with any questions regarding orders and concerns.
• Provides all necessary support to customer through phone calls, faxes and email.
• Identifies/resolves customer related issues in accordance with company policies.
• Routes calls to the appropriate resource when applicable.
• Ensures customer satisfaction.
• Documents and completes call logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
• Weekend shifts required and possible Holiday shifts required.
• Basic understanding of standard concepts, practices and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic data entry/keyboard skills.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with others both verbally and in writing.
• Ability and willingness to work within set time limits and performance standards.
