Qualifications
The Customer Service Rep is the first point of contact in representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Take inbound calls as well as technical support for online programs. The Customer Service Rep ensures that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with other functions as required. Acts as the customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling; and shipping.
• Background in high-volume phone service and related customer service functions
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of freight and shipping
• Experience in positively handling complaints
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with online technical assistance, pricing, scheduling;and shipping
• Support is fulfilled via phone, email, and live chat.
• Data enter payments made for products.
• Mail receipts and correspondence
