Due to the current pandemic circumstances, onboarding and new hire training will take place virtually until employees can safely return to the office later this year. To accommodate this, all new hires will need to have access to reliable high speed internet, a personal computer, and a place in their home or other location where they can attend new hire training without interruption.
Although the opportunity to work from home will become available in the future, the expectation is that all new hires will return to the office later this year to complete any additional training and fulfill required time on site before transitioning back home again if they desire.

Company is currently hiring part-time, seasonal Customer Contact Clerksto complete data entry tasks. This position covers our peak season, and the primary function is entering web service orders into the customer billing system.
You must attend a one-week, 40 hour training class, and training class start dates and times will vary.
After training, you can work as few as 15 hours a week all the way up to 40.
This is a temporary, seasonal position that could last up to, but not to exceed December 31, 2020.
The Clerk’s primary responsibility is entering web service orders into the customer billing system. Accountable for individual performance indicators of productivity and accuracy. Regular, reliable attendance is an essential job function.
Responsible for accurately entering in details from service orders via multiple communication channels. Performing consistently to meet objectives and goals. Performing work and handle customers in a professional and respectful manner.
Performing other limited duties as assigned, including projects as needed
High School education or equivalent required.
1 year experience in a customer service environment required.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in multiple computer systems.
Must be results oriented.
Good verbal and written skills required.
