The Centralized Receivables Service (CRS) team is seeking high-energy, career-oriented individuals to work in a fast-paced, ever changing industry. CRS handles the collections and servicing processes for select government agencies. This self-sufficient project offers the unique opportunity to gain experience in a variety of tasks in an environment that strongly promotes individual growth. The ideal Collector 3 candidate will possess strong oral/written communications skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to demonstrate attention to detail. You will collect payments on accounts by reviewing documentation, speaking with customers/clients by telephone, preparing written correspondence, and arranging repayment schedules in order to facilitate resolution of debts.

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities
Thorough knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws
Thorough product knowledge
Strong customer service/relations skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to organize and interpret information
Effective verbal and written communication skills
