Description:
Company Radio has launched a Shared Service Center to service Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for all of its properties. The center will drive continuous process improvements through best practices, innovative ideas and a passion for customer satisfaction. As a Credit Analyst, you will implement Company Radio’s Credit Strategy. Your priority will be to deliver excellent customer service while minimizing risk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reviews and analyzes financial information on borrowing customers.
• Determine credit liability associated with new agencies and advertisers.
• Manage credit limits and credit blocks.
• Contact media references and present findings to Credit Manager.
• Review credit applications for completeness and adequacy of information in order to establish lines of credit.
• Recommends credit terms based on review of credit file and credit worthiness of accounts.
• Understands and adheres to the credit policies and procedures in the collection and reporting of delinquent accounts.
• Applicant must show attention to detail and work effectively on a team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Applicant must have a strong drive to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collection and Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Computer proficiency including Excel is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills are essential to the position.
• Minimum 2-year college degree majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related experience
