Role Summary:
Costumes Production Assistant for Company Late Night Programming is responsible for providing support to Costume Designer and Assistant Costume Designers.
Responsibilities:
Track and log daily costume purchases.
Manage store returns.
Administrative support to Designer and Assistants.
Organize and label costume purchases.
Updating calendar.
Tracking and submitting invoices.
Clerical Duties.
Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year experience working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Eligibility Requirements:
College degree preferred.

Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings due to news cycles and breaking news. Very early morning hours often required.
Desired Characteristics:
Excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn and master new skills is a must.
Strong typing skills required.
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Must be well read and up-to-date on topics in entertainment news and pop culture.
