Middle Office Trade Support Analyst (3-7 yrs experience) - The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate Investments and Corporate Treasury trading desks to ensure accurate trade capture and substantiation. This candidate must be able to drive trade capture projects and coordinate implementation across multiple platforms and groups. The associate will also perform trade analytics to resolve trade queries and measure and control day-to-day operating environment. The candidate will be responsible for reconciliations and event monitoring for derivatives as well as supporting FX, interest rate derivatives, and fixed income. In addition to the Front Office, the candidate will work closely with Finance, Back Office, and other Middle Office support partners.
2 - 3 years of experience in Trade Support
Extensive experience working with data systems, databases and spreadsheets.
Proficient in SQL and VBA; knowledge of Python would be a plus.
Ability to quickly learn new applications and trade capture platforms.
Solid understanding of FX, fixed income, and derivative instruments.
Displays a high level of attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
Communicates and partners well with others to accomplish goals.

Ideal candidate will have a background in supporting a trading environment, and in depth knowledge of financial instruments, preferably FX, interest rate derivatives, or fixed income securities. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, a degree in economics, finance, or business.
