Employees must be able to work on a variety of assignments and have the flexibility to switch gears based on changing priorities and deadlines and is adept at working with multiple systems.
Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
-Provide administrative support to sales team, including RVPs, RSDs and ISDs, and work directly with sales admin. team.
-Responsible for sending out sales material requests such as proposals, finals presentations, broker kits, literature requests, etc. These items must be complete and sent out with 98% accuracy. -Knowledge of Company website and all marketing materials must be satisfactory.
-Responsible for maintaining accurate books and records and compliance items received in Home Office for SPs and RRs. Achieve an audit score of compliant on at least 95% of functional requirements. Perform monthly or quarterly self audits prior to scheduled audit with
-Assist with license applications and renewals for RVPs, RSDs, and
ISDs. Track licenses for expiration and maintain licensing reconciliation report.
-Responsible for analysis of weekly and monthly sales reporting or any ad hoc report requests.
-Responsible for creating and filing expense reports on behalf of the
sales team before the due date if given complete receipt information
-Responsible for completing assigned tasks and communication responses within designated time constraints, 98% of the time. -Designated time constraint for email, voicemail and calendar management is response within 2 hours between designated work hours, and within 1 hour if next day. Tasks such as travel requests, site visits or other events, office supplies, processing invoices, business cards, etc. should be completed in a timely manner
-Manage budget items
-Assist with any other tasks or requests from business units
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience related to job position.
FINRA 6 registration permitted, but not required. Corporate- established timelines apply to permitted registrations.
FINRA fingerprinting required.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate Microsoft programs skills especially Excel and experience
working with Company website, SAP and other applications is a plus
High attention to detail and ability to meet project and regulatory
Must be able to make sound business decisions and ability to work
independently to complete assignments, yet is willing to assist and
collaborate with co-workers when needed.
