Overview and Responsibilities
The Coordinator of Spike Integrated Marketing reports to the Director, Integrated Marketing and assists in preparation of sales/client materials, development of integrated marketing ideas with channel constituants, and production of marketing program elements.
Responsibilities
• Work with Director, Integrated Marketing to develop best-in-class, multi-platform integrated marketing campaigns for various Spike properties.
• Assist in execution of sponsorships after sell-in.
• Work closely with the production, digital, social, media planning and traffic teams to execute custom sponsorship elements. This includes sending sponsorship summaries, maintaining assets, coordinating with various departments to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Brainstorm ideas in response to RFPs that meet sponsors’ brand objectives while maintaining the integrity of the Spike brand.
• Work closely with the production, development, digital and social teams to create multi-platform sponsorship packages for assigned Spike properties.
• Work with Director on various Integrated Marketing initiatives
• Keep track of all custom sponsorships and run monthly sponsorship meetings to ensure sponsorship elements are booked correctly.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of digital media
Additional Qualifications
• 1 Year of Ad Sales and/or Marketing Experience
• Production experience a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong writing and communications skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment
• Self-starter
• Photoshop preferred
• Experience working with various brands a plus
