The Mobile Demand Fulfillment Team works with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Service and Packaging Centers, and with the individual Carrier Account Teams to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery to respective Customer Ship-To Locations.
The Demand Fulfillment Coordinator will be the key point of contact for daily operations and processes for Supply Chain Management Mobile customer relations. This position will also be responsible for managing Programs and Initiatives on behalf of Supply Chain and Logistics and will report to the Manager of Demand Fulfillment Team.
Role and Responsibilities
Order Processing, Allocation, and Delivery Coordination
◦ Manage Customer Sales Orders and Confirmation Process
◦ Align Orders to Supply and Demand Plan
◦ Manufacturing and Supply Planning with Packaging Center
◦ Customer Inventory/Order Allocation with Carrier Account Teams
◦ Ensure Shipment to RDD Dates with SEA Logistics Teams
Reporting and Early Warning of Late Deliveries, Inventory Shortages, Compliance Charges
Execution responsibility for demand planning, forecasting, vendor engagement / management, inventory management, maintaining customer service levels
Ensure trends, risks and opportunities are identified in advance and develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to address
Manage cross functional alignment around Supply Chain cycle (QA, Logistic, Planning, Sales, and Finance)
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field or equivalent
1-2 plus years’ experience in, supply chain management, or related field Preferred Requirements
Experience in supply chain: Demand Planning, Inventory Allocation or Order Processing
Ability to work independently, problem solving, delivering solid recommendations/solutions, and executing upon recommendations
Delivery against supply chain objectives
Experience in joint supply chain measures
Collaboration toward resolution of supply chain reliability issues
