Conversational AI Specialist for Consumer Experiences
Location: Open to the following Company Hub Sites - Chicago,IL; Hackettstown, NJ; Paris, France; Haguenau, France; Slough, UK
As part of the Digital Engineering organization, the Conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead designs, develops and supports the development of technology solutions in the Conversational and Artificial Intelligence space to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural standards. This role will work to develop and deploy the platforms and standards we can leverage to improve key areas of the Company Online Presence to Customers and Consumers through Conversational Experiences (Conversational AI, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants). This role brings technical leadership and expertise to quickly solve business problems.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or above or comparable practical experience within the field of Conversational, AI Voice and Chatbot technologies.
Software engineering, computer science, information technology, or Digital Marketing/Commerce preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Hands-on experience building chatbots or voice bots for consumer facing applications required
Experience in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing or delivering Consumer facing experiences is desired
Experience in IT development (website, application, or software) is a plus
Knowledge and professional experience with web technologies and designing, integrating and managing complex infrastructure solutions
Experience in agile projects/product-centric organizations is required.
Experience developing architecture blueprints, related strategies, and roadmaps as well as their execution
Experience in facilitating and driving user-centric activities, preferably with design thinking techniques is a plus, not required.
What would be your key responsibilities?
You will be responsible around designing, developing & deploying the Conversational AI capabilities and experiences for our digital commerce (Direct to Consumer, but also Business to Business) and digital marketing business capabilities as part of the end to end consumer journey, collaborating with product owners, leading our conversational/AI tech team and partners.
This role is expected to be 60% hands on, technical work (development/cloud configuration), defining and setting up proof of concepts, test & learn approaches, and minimal viable products. Another 30% will be focused on management (projects, vendor) and analyst related activities. Remaining 10% are about continuous personal development as the role is key for Company to innovate in the connected world with its consumers.
