Under general supervision, the person in this role will analyze, configure, develop, test, and document moderately complex software solutions or enhancements to existing or new software for Company’s Global Business Systems Procure-to-Pay Team. The primary applications supported by this team include SAP ECC, ReadSoft, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Chrome River Expense. The person in this role should have a good understanding of source-to-pay processes and applications. In addition, this person should be able to work with both business and technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them.
Other responsibilities may include:Resolving customer complaints with softwareResponding to suggestions for improvements and enhancementsAssisting in development of software technical documentationDemonstrating software functionalityDesigning solutions using routine and/or advanced technologyDesigning and building proof-of-concept solutions
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Experience:Minimum 3 years in role supporting source-to-pay processesMinimum 1 year in any ERP analyst, config, or programming roleExperience with Ariba, ReadSoft, and/or Chrome River is a plus, but is not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously
