This position is responsible for supporting various areas within the Compliance department. Includes administrative responsibilities primarily data entry but also answering the telephones, typing, filing, and copying.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter information into databases.
Type, file and send copies for compliance associates.
Report generation and distribution.
Various other duties as needed.
High school diploma
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Reliable/willingness to work overtime, as needed.
Good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with accurate typing skills.
Lifting boxes of up to 30/35 pounds.
