Summary: The HR Analyst is responsible for the global administration of key talent processes which include the integrated systems that support the candidate experience, for both internal and external placement, as well as competitive, market-based compensation programs. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners and the HR Centers of Excellence to meet organization objectives and is responsible for world class execution, analysis and collaborative thought leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Research and analyze sourcing and placement trends
Analyze data to deliver ongoing insight on recruitment outcomes utilizing value added metrics
Provide functional HRIS support
Design job descriptions for evaluation and posting
Design behavior based interview guides that reflect position requirements
Participate in the development of policies and procedures
Conduct job evaluations, determine FLSA status and provide salary recommendations to HR Business Partners
Project manage the annual merit and bonus cycle, including system set up, testing, auditing, approvals and communication
Maintain the organizational structure ensuring job alignment and internal equity
Manage salary survey submission and market benchmark process
Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc analysis
Ensure accuracy of HR data
