Company is seeking a motivated Communications Specialist with solid communications experience to contribute toward the success of our technology vendor partner initiatives. This role is to support a dynamic team and requires someone who is resourceful and a fast learner. While every day is different with this position, the individual’s main responsibility will be to crystallize complex concepts to executive leadership that align to the team’s brand.
Core activities include
Draft and review executive communications such as strategy summaries, program overviews, KPIs, monthly and quarterly business reviews
Develop communication strategies and materials to support change management
Analyze and communicate data
Document, maintain, and organize team communications
Measure and report on process effectiveness
Drive automation within the team using Office 365 tools
Serve as a team SharePoint administrator
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 2 years’ experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.
-At least 2 years’ experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
Basic understanding in:
Microsoft Office 365 Online Suite
-IT systems management
-IT audit and control
-IT quality assurance
-IT project management
-IT service management (ITSM)
-Business process modeling
-IT standards, procedures, policy
