General Role Responsibilities:
Approximately 60-70% of time will be managing CSA teams and 30-40% supporting sales and other initiatives for the region
Report directly to the Regional President
Member of the Regional Leadership Team
Manage Regional CSA Team
Manage, hire, train and coach CSA Team & all CSA Supervisors
Develop consistency in skill sets and elevate expectations of the CSA role
Manage CSA coverage support of Commercial team for the Region
General Leadership and Change Management support for entire CSA team
Improve Commercial Operational efficiencies for the Region
Manage complex issues & escalations for Commercial Fulfillment, Loan Services, Appraisal and Environmental Issues, Loan Document exceptions; develop line of business contacts
Help manage complex Operational, Treasury & Deposit Issues, working with the LoB
Proactively identify Commercial team process efficiencies & train on them
Work with Commercial Credit Leader to enhance the Regional Commercial Loan Fee collection process & tracking
Assist in Onboarding, Intern and New Hire Training facilitation for the Commercial Team
Drive improved execution of sales processes and initiatives
Regional Sales & Developmental support for Commercial Team, including training
Assist in Regional sales leads optimization and distribution to commercial team
Champion IRM - IRM training and sales gap identification
Salesforce support training for the Region
Act as Salesforce Champion
Assist in identifying best practices & ideas to increase Regional revenue generation
Support Regional RM production pipeline and client portfolio accuracy
Support Regional review of sales calling activity – quality & quantity
Regional Commercial reporting & oversight
Regional Campaign & Contest tracking for Commercial
Assist in Regional Commercial Reporting review for accuracy & trends
Run “Point” on Regional Commercial Clean-up initiatives and other special projects
BSA/AML Liaison for Commercial Team, etc.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience consisting of 6 years experience in a lending; credit, Treasury Management, Private Wealth Management sales training or 6 years in a financial services position.
Demonstrated experience and success in meeting sales goals, managing client relationships and experience in credit, credit support or financial analysis.
Manage Regional CSA Team.
Improve Commercial Operational efficiencies or the Region.
Drive improved execution of sales processes and initiatives.
Regional Commercial reporting & oversight.
Run "Point" on Regional Commercial Clean-up initiatives and other special projects.
