Incumbent will be become comfortable with commercial loan documentation, compliance, and credit policies to monitor ongoing documentation needs.
Log, file and monitor all collateral documents. File appropriate documents with county, state, and federal offices to post liens.
Record and monitor ongoing documentation requirements.
Manage incoming documentation proving legal compliance and execution, insurance, lien position and borrowing authority.
Communicate with lending offices on required documentation, exception and release processing.
Research files for Loan Review, Credit, Compliance, and Legal Departments as needed.
Release collateral and process paid notes on instruction from lender.
Insure compliance with federal flood regulations on all real estate collateral.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Post-secondary degree preferred or equivalent work experience in related field
Commercial lending or banking experience required
Knowledge of Commercial loan or legal documentation required
Must work well within a team setting - experience in a cross-functional team preferred
A desire to work in a task oriented and deadline driven environment
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated in a team environment or independently
Flexible, adaptable and able to handle fast-paced and changing environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
