The Publicis Media Data Sciences practice is a global network of agency experts dedicated to ad technology implementation, data accuracy and governance, research, reporting and analytics. Our group is essential to every part of the media campaign development and delivery process that enables all advanced solutions for our clients.
We are looking for a self-motivated, independent and detail oriented individual who wants to help support the global business strategy of the practice. The individual we are seeking will support global senior agency and local market executives to help ensure consistent financial reporting and progress towards business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how financial storytelling drives business strategy, as well as knowledge of financial reporting and commercial models.
In this global role, the candidate will support the global Data Sciences Commercial lead with scaling commercial models for Data Sciences services, ensuring data governance for all aspects of revenue and cost data in various financial reporting systems, compilation of quarterly reports from 20+ markets globally, and supporting the education of all markets on business strategy.
This role is uniquely positioned between finance and business strategy. We are looking for someone eager to use financial knowledge to inform and drive business growth for our practice.
Business Progress Reporting
On a quarterly basis, lead the collection of revenue, cost, and business analysis from each of our markets globally and provide global analysis for senior leadership
Support the roll out of additional KPIs and/or data sources to be included in reports from the markets
Business benchmark creation and tracking
Supporting the education of all markets on business strategy KPIs and benchmarks
Work with local Finance teams and Data Science leads to govern the quality and accuracy of the data used for reporting
Provide recommendations for reporting improvements (additional KPIs or data sources), including process for inclusion
Manage future client opportunities for Data Sciences across markets and clients that are being tracked in SalesForce.
Work with account leads and Data Science leads to govern the quality and accuracy of the data inputted into SalesForce
Creation of regular reporting on opportunities in SalesForce and integration of these reports into quarterly business progress reports for each market.
Commercial Models and Pitch Support
Support the creation, scaling, and education of commercial models for various products and services for Data Sciences across markets and the organization
Codifying commercial models to create turnkey proposals for Data Sciences to be included in new business pitches
Support for Data Sciences scope and resourcing for new business pitches
Business finance experience, including financial reporting and commercial models
The ability to understand high level business strategies and support them with concrete data and metrics
Strong analytical thinking
A knack to articulate business analytics to a variety of audiences
The ability to work seamlessly with multiple teams across various locations and disciplines, navigating key contacts across a large global organization
Outstanding skill at managing your own time and able to track your own deadlines
Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time

Experience or a desire to expand experience to global business, working with experts across 20+ markets globally on a regular basis
Bonus if you have:
An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI a plus
Experience with SalesForce and/or pipeline opportunity management a plus
Experience with Data, Reporting, Technology, Analytics, or Research in Marketing and Advertising is a plus
