Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Architect, you are responsible for interaction with Clients, Understand the Clients Requirement, check feasibility of requirements, prepare the SOP document and delivery of the customer requirement on time.

Develop strategic relationships with our customers to become a trusted adviser for Red Hat's offerings and solutions
Provide presales technical support to our Telco Sales team
Support evaluations of our offerings and technical proofs of concepts
Respond to customer and partner inquiries, including requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs)
Lead discussions on technical requirements and resolve gaps with Product Managers and System Engineers to ensure customer features/roadmap commitments can be met, during pre-sales engagements.
Participate in technical discussions with Customer and 3rd parties to define E2E solution required by customers.
Guide and review technical offer deliverables: SoW, SoC/Point by point Responses, BoQs.
Drive and document overall deal solution strategy (product and services), interface with Engineering & Services to drive optimal scoping & cost structure to ensure competitivity and future up-sells.
Support the sales team in bid defense planning and lead NSW technical presentation to the customer.
Lead PoC/Trial proposals, including definition of trial scope, architecture, use cases and drive necessary management approvals
Role ( Job Role )
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 10+ years of experience working in the IT infrastructure industry
5+ years of experience with solutions design or implementation from large Unix to Linux, HPC, complex application systems, cloud, multi-data center, and modernizing application environments, as well as multi-product integration
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Familiarity with enterprise solutions and architectures, including cloud, big data, virtualization, storage, middleware, clustering, and high availability
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to provide the best solutions
Record of working with partners, distributors, consultants, and service partners to create solutions propositions around Red Hat's solutions
Expertise in one of the offerings from the Red Hat portfolio
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage multiple large transactions between multiple organizations
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
To ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations
To maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
To support all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
To implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process
To keep a track of the resolution of vulnerabilities that have been identified on the system and to develop, update, maintain, and implement plan of action subsequently
To ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
Languages: English, Hindi & Local Language is preferred.
