The Manager, Cloud Service Management enables cloud to provide optimal performance, continuity and efficiency in virtualized, on-demand environments. The Manager, Cloud Service Management works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.
Company is seeking a Manager, Cloud Service Management that:
Utilizes software that manages and monitors networks, systems and applications not only to guarantee performance to cloud software environments but also to better orchestrate and automate provisioning of resources.
Makes decisions that are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area.
Handles cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.
2 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of management experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Good oral and written communication skills
Exhibits extreme ownership
