The Clinical Product UX Leader drives transformation through designing cutting edge, integrated clinical products that leverage multiple capabilities to deliver seamless and easy experiences, driving health outcomes and business results. In close partnership with product leaders, you will leverage a deep understanding and passion for customer’s needs and jobs to be done to design the future of healthcare.

The Clinical Product UX Leader drives transformation through designing cutting edge, integrated clinical products that leverage multiple capabilities to deliver seamless and easy experiences, driving health outcomes and business results. In close partnership with product leaders, you will leverage a deep understanding and passion for customer’s needs and jobs to be done to design the future of healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accountable for the UX and Service Design of priority clinical products and experiences
- Facilitate the design process throughout the product lifecycle, creating and driving omni-channel experiences that are impactful for our customers (patients, caregivers, providers, and associates) and measureable for the business
- Leverage human centered design and behavior change theory to define end to end experiences, priority journeys, and design specific product experiences steeped in customer insights, designed to drive behavior change, and positioned to deliver business value
- Be an outstanding storyteller and influential voice amongst business partners, advocating for customer needs and the experiences needed to meet those needs, leading to customer centric product strategies and roadmaps
- Develop design assets, including but not limited to: storyboards, customer journeys, user flows, research plans (primary & secondary), prototypes, wireframes, discussion guides, screeners, research insights, and research reports
- Understand the healthcare ecosystem - how individual touchpoints, products, and actors fit into the end to end experience and influence one another
- Understand experience value levers and the intersection of experience with financial and health outcomes, and how to leverage data to make decisions
- Understand behavioral theory, such as the Fogg Behavior Model, and its application to the Human Centered Design approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s design degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of UX Design (visual and user centered design)
- Expertise in design and systems thinking and strong knowledge of interaction design principles and methodology
- Demonstrated success in working on large, complex projects, including service and digital design
- Experience in leading small UX/UI design teams
- Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to deliver insights in a way that generates empathy and engagement
- Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks; work under minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of Healthcare Experience, preferably in a clinical area
