Responsible for supporting the project management needs of the Retail Strategy, Products and Omni Channel. Has an understanding of the business unit(s) and the operating systems that support Client Engagement processes. Serves as the project expert defining and executing projects focused on process optimization. May conduct pilot tests of proposed operating changes. Completes post-audit of business case after implementation is complete.
Manages complex projects independently that cross multiple divisions, states and/or are corporate-wide initiatives. Responsible for setting project priorities, establishing goals and strategies. Responsible for project results. May provide guidance to other team members.
Develops deep process understanding of Client Engagement tools across Consumer channels. Individually or as a team conducts analysis to determine current state process performance and identification of process improvement opportunities. Strong ability to translate outcomes of analysis into recommendations for improvement(s). This will require the ability to work effectively across many LOBs within the organization.
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related of related experience or equivalent experience
Excels in problem-solving, partnership, communications, persuasion, and negotiation
Expertise in SAS, SQL and data visualization techniques
Expert data domain knowledge of client channel interactions
Experience on leading and working on project teams
Acumen to assess processes and identify performance improvement opportunities
Ability to translate analysis outcomes to business actions
Demonstrated ability to help achieve desired results
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
Recognized as an expert corporate consultant in multiple disciplines
