Responsible for leading a group within a major technology component (e.g. systems design and development, information management) and/or supporting multiple products and processes for customer groups (e.g. retail/consumer products, capital markets or commercial and corporate line of business systems).
This is an executive role with extensive experience engaging with various lines of businesses to understand their data analytics need and onboarding them to enterprise scale data platforms. Demonstrable leadership in building close relationships with business stakeholders with complex data analytics requirements, and automation of client onboarding process to deliver outstanding user experience. This executive is responsible of achieving successful outcomes by understanding business needs and engaging Data Science and Analytics Platform Services (DSAPS) solution designers and product owners to deliver data platform services. The goal is to minimize manual processes in favor of automation and standardization. The executive will also manage intake and resolution of compliance and risk related issues in the data platform services we provide.
Responsibilities for the Client Engagement, Risk and Compliance Executive for DSAPS include:
Manage a client facing engagement team
Maintain accurate communications with business unit executives
Generate client engagement and onboarding process analysis
Maintain forecast of capacity required for DSAPS service
Business relationship management and client advocacy
Ensure an exceptional customer experience for high volume clients
Establish self-service model to accelerate standardization of service adoption
Responsible for documenting and educating users on new features and functions
Part of the skills and experiences for this role include:
Over 15 years? experience in client engagement
Outstanding relationship and management skills
Executive presence and communication skills
Deep understanding of Data Science, Data Integration, Data Analytics and Big Data product landscape
Comfortable operating in SAFe Agile based project delivery environment
Expert in triaging technical problems and assisting customers with Data Platform services
Customer centric culture / Passion for customer satisfaction
Excellent management and collaboration skills
Deep understanding of industry leading data analytics services onboarding processes (e.g. AWS, Azure)
Deep understanding of information security and privacy standards and governance. This executive must be committed to adapt to BOFA culture to gain the ability to influence and achieve alignment across a range of different opinions and interests.
Be respectful to cultural and political differences amongst stakeholders, and be open to innovative ways of arriving at solutions to drive adoption of enterprise data platforms.
