The Greetings Operations Solution team serves as the primary entry point for business partners requiring operational solutions & support for needs that do not fit the normal supply chain. The team works end-to-end across the Greetings business, leading key initiatives, evaluations and decision-making processes to help ensure the best overall operational solutions in support of the business. The team works to bring together business and supply chain resources to ensure clarity of purpose & understanding of requirements (cost, speed to market, etc.), lead the evaluation and development of Supply Chain solutions, and ensure that any necessary trade-off decisions are taken into account.
The Click & Collect Operations Solution Leader consults with business partners to help define and develop supply chain options and capabilities along with other business requirements to support their needs. This role is accountable for understanding business strategy & direction, and translating these into operational requirements and needed capabilities.
Specifically, this position will drive the development of Click & Collect operational and supply chain solutions that Company will offer to our retail customers and leverage to grow the Greetings Digital Commercialization Business. The Operations Solution Leader will lead cross-divisional teams to build the following deliverables for initiative:
Develop flexible fulfillment solutions, including in-department and in-line solutions, to make product categories easy to find & quick to pick for both retailer employees AND third party fulfillment providers. Solutions will build a "Menu of Options" offered to Company's retail customers.
Establish processes to support solutions offered to customers, including demand and inventory management, field service execution, order management, logistics, and others to be identified as needed.
Define test and learn plans for solutions and iterate to improve each solution offered.
Work with finance partners to develop financial models related to solutions.
Develop and initiate the operations and supply chain road map to enable the identified flexible fulfillment solutions, rapid replenishment and distribution strategy to enable those solutions, and integration of inventory visibility at a store level.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Management, Finance OR 3+ years professional work experience.
7+ years of total experience leading projects or processes in Demand & Inventory Management, Distribution, Logistics, Order Management, and/or Retail Execution.
3+ years of people management experience.
Experience implementing projects related to Click & Collect solutions or within Inventory Planning, Logistics, Distribution, Visual Merchandising, and/or Field Service, including developing and delivering solutions to retail.
MBA or Master’s degree; Professional Operations certification.
Broad Operations & business expertise including multiple experiences in different divisions/disciplines.
Experience in leading Lean initiatives and problem solving.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated through various roles of increasing responsibility.
Strong technical aptitude, including ability and desire to learn new systems & technology, deeply understand internal & external requirements, and identify multiple solution options;
Entrepreneurial and growth mindset;
Developing “the new and different” with a sense of urgency;
Comfortable in ambiguity;

Ability to develop effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization;
