Derivatives Operations provide operational support to Markets, Investor Services and Banking businesses across the CIB. Key product areas include Currencies, OTC Derivatives, Collateral Principal, Global Clearing, CASS & Outsourcing and Expense Management Unit with a global team of ~1500 colleagues. Services provided to our Businesses include:
Transaction Processing, Confirmation, Settlement and Clearing, Collateral Management, Client Service, Expense Management and CASS & Outsourcing Support
Typical daily activity includes settling in excess of $2TRN via FX trades, leading a Markets OTC portfolio of 3M trades, managing collateral balances in excess of $350BN and processing ~700K cleared and intermediary trades

The successful candidate will join a team focused on internal business transformation & programme delivery. They will be responsible to perform business analysis, execute change management initiatives & programme governance, consistent with the business strategy and principals.
The role will work closely with all stakeholders in operations, finance and technology; looking to leverage best practice across other JPM business units.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Take a leading role across the Workforce Strategy Agenda across Derivatives Operations which includes:
◦ Taking an active role in managing and supporting Location Strategy against our business principles.
◦ Manage the People Agenda program to review, track and suggest focus related to hiring, mobility, attrition and diversity.
◦ Manage the Recruitment process globally (excluding MBM), with the objective to automate and centralised to F&BM.
◦ Review the Organisational construct and work towards our Span & Layers objectives
◦ Manage the Business Capability Process globally
◦ Assist with ad-hoc Business Management related asks, as well as wider initiatives such as the Paperless Agenda.
Skills Required/To Be Developed:
Proven business analysis and problem solving skills
2-3 years of operations or project/business management experience
Proven delivery track record working to tight timeframes with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a wider team, influencing where necessary
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
