Chef Pastry - (200917 )
Responsible for all baked goods, breads, cookies, muffins, etc. for breakfast/lunch/dinner service. Responsible for banquet venue pastries, catering events, member functions, etc. which includes assisting in ordering of product and contributing to recipe development and execution.
Pastry certification preferred and/or up to 5 years of on-the-job pastry cooking experience.
2 years of culinary management experience required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ordering and recipe development preferred
High volume banquet experience preferred
