Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Work with Recruiting Lead, Chat, and Email Managers to receive names of agents to train
Proactively work with Work Force Management to ensure staffing needs are being met
Set goals with Training Management and attain these goals each month
Conduct and report back on Chat/Email Trainings
Works with the Chat/Email Mentors closely to identify ways to improve training and help individual agents
Completes continuing monthly trainings the last week of each month that are specific to current chat/email needs
Continually work to improve training processes/material
Completes calibration meetings for chat/email specifics
Supervision is provided by the Training Team Leads and Manager; position requires ability to perform with minimal supervision.
For the duration of the training period, the Chat/Email Trainer will monitor and coordinate the trainings for employees required to attend and report to their supervisors about individual trainee progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High School education or equivalent
Skill Three required, Senior Agent preferred
Chat and/or email experience required
Ability to keep oneself on task and always look for new things to work on and improve
Comprehensive knowledge of Company's policies and procedures
Good teaching skills – ability to think of new ways to train old ideas
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Extensive knowledge of DataTrax and CRM
Customer service experience
