Reporting to the Head of Chase Wealth Management, the Director of Field and Business Execution will partner firm wide, most specifically with Wealth Management Senior Leaders, partners, and the Consumer Bank to develop a strategic approach to execute on Chase Wealth Management’s priorities. Focused on collaboration across various businesses and functional areas, this position requires strong partnerships and influence with Senior Leaders. This role requires flexibility and comfort with ambiguity given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies involved.
Maintaining field alignment with national wealth management strategies which include:
Collaborating with the Head of Advisor Experience in the strategy development and execution for attracting and retaining top talent Market Director-Wealth (MD-W) and Advisors
Leading the Advisor New Hire Working Group to ensure quality Advisor hiring, performance tracking and oversight of process and progress
Working closely with our Strategy, Controls, Legal, Compliance and Risk partners to serve as the field subject matter expert to ensure a great client and advisor experience when impacting change related to new processes and policies
Driving integration with partners to include but may not be limited to the Consumer Bank, AWM, Practice Management, Risk, Controls, and legal.
Driving and/ or providing subject matter expertise on CWM strategic initiatives and key projects, offering direction, guidance and decision making to achieve desired expectations
Partnering with CB and CWM leadership to develop, communicate and execute upon CWM growth strategies and initiatives
Remain informed of audit procedures and areas under heightened supervision to ensure the proper level of oversight for resolution
Delegate to the CEO of Chase Wealth Management for select forums
Maintains oversight and knowledge of top producers by market; Areas of opportunity & divisional regional nuances; Understand client segmentation strategy
At least 10 years of Advisor management experience required, coupled with a proven track record of developing and coaching high performing teams
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
Ability to travel 50% of the time
FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) is required
FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) must be obtained or retained within a 60 day condition of employment
Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external talent by building and maintaining personal network of contacts
High degree of investment services and product acumen and keen interest in the financial markets
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Strong commitment to upholding a sound risk and controls environment
