As the leader of this team for the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), this individual will be responsible for supporting the training, employee engagement and change management needs of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) function at Company Chase.
This includes developing communications strategies and programs for more than 3,000 CAO professionals worldwide; directly supporting leaders of the Chief Administrative Office business groups; and working with senior technology, business and communications leaders throughout the company.
This individual will develop and syndicate area-specific communications plan that align to the broader communications plan and agenda for the Chief Administrative Office, and work with senior partners to execute these plans across and within business units, functions and regions. This individual will also develop employee engagement and culture-building strategies; support targeted technology policy, talent/people and location strategy-related communications; and contribute content to CAO and firm wide channels.
This position reports to the head of Business Management for CAO Finance and Business Management.

The Chief Administrative Office Finance Team is a group of high performing professionals from around the world primarily located in New York City, Jersey City, Bengaluru, London, and Hong Kong with a new and growing presence in Plano, TX. Their goal is to manage the financial processes, budgets, forecasts, and reporting for some of the Firm’s most integral functions including: Global Real Estate, Global Security & Investigations, Global Supplier Services, Corporate Aviation, and more.
Work with members of the CAO leadership team, as well as internal partners, to develop and implement change management, training, people agenda, and communication plans that support a vision aligned with both the CAO and Business Lines
Keep CAO employees and business leaders informed about the CAO priority programs
Develop an engagement strategy that facilitates the CAO’s cultural change agenda
Work with members of the CAO leadership team, and other communicators, on strategies to increase CAO employee alignment, satisfaction, engagement and retention.
Coordinate with Corporate Communication partners on targeted communications, including executive messages, strategic business updates, technology success stories, people-related communications, organization announcements, as well as other timely business messages
Develop and organize key CAO senior leadership meetings, including town halls, off-sites, small group sessions and site visits
10-12+ years’ experience in corporate change management, communications; media relations background and prior experience at Company Chase are pluses
Self-starter who can manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines, while delivering high quality products
Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills, including partnering effectively with executives, peers and other functional groups across the company
Ability to manage and influence without direct authority; navigates large organizations extremely well
Superb writing, editing, strategic planning, execution and organizational skills
Deep experience in multimedia communications development
Experience with intranet design, content development, and collaboration and measurement tools
