The Campaign Manager, Communication Experience Delivery (CED) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an assigned business unit client related to member and physician communications set-up. You will coordinate with business stakeholders to drive timely and accurate completion of requests. You will be responsible to implement and monitor performance metrics, analyze operations and efficiencies of the client Set up Team. Become a subject matter expert on tools and processes in order to effectively manage and lead the team. Responsible for providing status reporting to leadership. Responsible for the supervision, management, and work quality for client requests.
Develops and maintains metrics and monitoring of requests to ensure accurate and timely completion of requests
Identifies and communicates risks to leadership
Collaborates with business partners to facilitate resolution and root cause analysis for defects related to requests
Ensures appropriate use of tools to track and monitor assigned projects/requests
Regularly stakeholder with key business partners to stay aligned to business needs and opportunities for potential changes to internal processes
Management of issue escalations including cross-functional collaboration with key business partners and alignment with team to support immediate and effective issue resolution
Mentor and train other team members in order to reinforce specific concepts and processes regarding role expectations. Work with individuals, as needed, on their personal and professional development. Develop and maintain training materials, reference guides, work instructions, and/or policies and procedures to ensure successful knowledge transfer and mastery of concepts and processes
Develop employee’s skills, evaluate performance, provide feedback and oversee resolution of employee relation’s issues. Mentor employees and support their career development
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 5 years project management or related experience
Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new types of projects
Ability to drive to results independently
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions
Proven ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and balance multiple priorities
Strong focus on customer service
Self-directed and capable of leading a team of various skill sets
Maintains a positive working relationship with teammates and partners
Continually strive to improve their own skills and competencies by demonstrating initiative to participate in ongoing coaching and training programs
