We are seeking an Agile Training Manager to join our Business Technology Training team. We partner with Business Technology stakeholders to develop training and development programs that are tailored to the unique needs of technology professionals.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training to help Business Technology teams adopt Scrum and Agile mindsets, practices, and tools. In close partnership with the Agile Training Program Manager and Agile coaches, and stakeholders in Engineering and Product Management, you will develop a training content and curriculum, deliver in-person sessions, and measure program effectiveness. Key to this role, is a deep understanding of Agile Methodology, experience developing training content and elearnings, and the ability to deliver training in an engaging way.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
Using your deep expertise of Agile principles to support the design of Business Technology’s Agile training program
Working with appropriate stakeholders to build Agile training program materials and curriculum
Delivering training sessions and presenting Agile methods and principles to teams in Engineering, Product Management, and other key Business Technology teams.
Coordinating training sessions, administering e-learnings, and tracking training completion across key audiences in Business Technology
Deploying surveys and collecting participant feedback to assess training effectiveness; working closely with Agile coaches to share feedback and determine gaps
Working with the Agile Training Program Manager to develop recommendations for continuous improvement
Here’s what we’re seeking:
Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree
Experience delivering Agile training with technical teams
Expertise in Agile Methodology
Strong understanding of multiple training methodologies
Strong understanding of latest training industry developments, innovations, and techniques
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder viewpoints and priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
Attention to detail, proof reading, and writing in a user-friendly manner
Ability to create and collaborate in a virtual environment, including extensive use of video conferencing tools
Other desirable experience:
Experience in software or high-tech
Experience as an Agile coach
Experience using Company applications
Experience and knowledge of at least 2-3 training development tools
Experience in the following areas:
◦ Building training needs assessments, developing training plans and training curricula, and/or conducting classroom training
◦ Use of e-Learning systems
◦ Use of Video to build training materials
◦ Use of Learning Management Systems for publishing e-Learning content
◦ Use of email marketing automation systems (Company Marketing Cloud or similar applications) and tracking of effectiveness
◦ HTML expertise
