A Lot About You
You will be responsible for implementing and supporting technology solutions for HR. This role requires a deep understanding of Human Resource and Recruiting systems and will partner closely with relevant HR business process owners and application developers. You will help drive and develop HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions and you will gather, analyze and synthesize business requirements across multiple regions and identify key integration points with other projects. You are a self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Your Day
• Work with HR business process owners and relevant stakeholders to translate business requirements to technology solutions.
• Work on business systems projects that require complex analysis and requirements definition for applications that automate and integrate business processes.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify system integration points and dependencies and develop solutions for these integrations.
• Responsible for working with key business stakeholders to scope and manage requirements; review, evaluate and drive clarification for process and system requirements.
• Prepare requirements documentation, process flow diagrams, high level use and test cases for review with development.
• Perform troubleshooting for application and system problems and take corrective actions. As necessary, supports problem analysis and resolution activities
• Build, analyze and support system configurations of the Human Resource systems
• Build, analyze and support system integrations of the Human Resource systems
• Perform unit testing of developed functionality and prepare user documentation as needed.
You Must Have
• Prior technical experience in systems design, development, integrations and deployment
• Solid understanding of database architecture, web architecture, integration methods and SDLC
• Solid experience with Workday integration Interface Builder (EIB)
• Basic project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including ability to present to all levels of the organization
• Ability to work well with others and build and maintain productive internal and external relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as manage operational responsibilities
• 5+ years experience in HR Technology roles including systems analysis, software development, implementation and technical project management
• Experience with Workday, Taleo and Transitions or other recruiting and onboarding solutions
• Working knowledge of Workday Studio, Taleo Client Connect
• Experience with ERP web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, XML)
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS/HR/Business Administration or related discipline
