A Lot About You
You will facilitate the business analysis process to identify business requirements for system solutions or improved processes that will increase efficiency and overall productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of Human Resource and Recruiting systems and will partner closely with relevant HR business process owners. You will help drive and develop HR, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions and will gather, analyze and synthesize business requirements across multiple regions. You are a self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Your Day
• Work with HR business process owners and relevant stakeholders to translate business requirements to technology solutions.
• Responsible for working with key business stakeholders to scope and manage requirements; review, evaluate and drive clarification for process and system requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting for application and system problems and take corrective actions. As necessary, supports problem analysis and resolution activities.
• Conduct end user system training, prepare user documentation as needed.
• Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
• Perform gap analysis: as is vs. to be
• Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
• Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff
• Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary
• Maintain strong relationships with partner groups through effective and proactive communication and reliable delivery.
• Plan, prioritize, manage and support system configuration, administration, enhancements and issue resolution
• Provide training for system users as needed.
You Must Have
• Basic project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including ability to present to all levels of the organization
• Ability to work well with others and build and maintain productive internal and external relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as manage operational responsibilities
• Experience with Workday, Taleo and Transitions or other recruiting and onboarding solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS/HR/Business Administration or related discipline
• Working knowledge of end-to-end business processes as regards to HR, Internal IT
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a self-managed environment
• Ability to translate functional requirement to technical requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a functional/technical capacity with a solid knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday/Taleo
