The FADP Business Support Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities to support the National FADP team. He/she will report to the Business Support Executive and work closely with the National FADP Manager and Division FADP Managers to ensure effective delivery of FADP initiatives, programs and curriculum.
•Develop and manage project plans and coordinate tracking of key milestones to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
•Lead the tactical execution of strategic projects and policies to ensure timely and flawless delivery of critical initiatives for FADP.
•Monitor policies and procedures with the FADP team to ensure they are consistently applied (e.g, performance management and licensing).
•Provide leadership with timely and appropriate status/progress reports and key metrics relevant to business initiatives.
•Monitor, coordinate and document processes specific to team FADP dissolutions, rollbacks and exceptions working with Division FADP Managers and relevant partners (Technology, HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, etc.)
•Identify, manage and mitigate any risk, unintended consequences and critical dependencies for successful implementation of initiatives and policies.
•Conduct analysis and assist in identifying trends and opportunities to improve processes and leverage field support.
•Carry out all regular assigned tasks as well as ad hoc analysis and support to address needs in areas such as learning and development, talent acquisition, delivering one firm, client acquisition and audit/control areas with appropriate partners.
•Understands the MLWM strategy, wealth management business and relevant products, services, and regulations.
•Has a strong understanding of the advisor development experience
•Detail oriented with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently.
•Strong planning and execution skills including resource/budget management and rigorous follow-up
•Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
•Ability to leverage the broader enterprise and navigate the MLWM organization.
•Ability to partner effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing).
•Ability to work in a self-directed manner and take a proactive approach to job responsibilities.
•Ability to prioritize work, manage complexity and deliver solutions on tight deadlines.
•Proactive and collaborative team player, willing to help in any situation.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
