Responsible for Business support and Engagement for the Merrill Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) Performance Organization. Collaborates closely with field leadership as well as partners such as Academy, Learning and HR, to gather/convey relevant information. Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions. May act as liaison to outside groups in coordinating events and meetings. Works with sensitive information; must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Involved with developing and maintaining numerous business reports. Responsible for meeting/event management and facilitation, supports communications planning and execution for leadership team and employees, management reporting for various routines, executive presentations.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
Deliver consistent messaging across the Performance organization, collaborating with Field, Academy, Learning and other partners.
Review and develop materials for distribution
Develop and implement routines to ensure consistent and timely communications to all ML FADPs and Leaders
Communicate business updates to managers and associates to ensure proper policy and procedure is followed
Collaborate closely with the FADP learning team to ensure critical communications are incorporated into the training program
Lead Workshop series and other such calls arranging speakers, invites, replays.
Create and manage publications such as the National FADP Newsletter, the Monthly Performance Organization Newsletter, and other communications to FADP
Support Employee Engagement
Manage partner routines and input to Resource Central
Act as liaison with corporate communications, as needed
This position requires advanced and proficient computer skills (particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task with and prioritize in a fast paced environment with several competing priorities
Strong interpersonal and relationship building/managing skills
Proven ability to work independently
Proficient across systems leveraged for the FADP Performance organization
5+ years experience
Strong Business acumen and understanding of Wealth Management.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
Experience in Communications and Change Management
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
SharePoint and/or Discovery design
Undergraduate College Degree
