Company has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Analyst to join ourPerformance Adhesives business at our Dublin, Ohio location. This is a critical role within the Company and the Adhesives function.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Complete data integrity checks prior to request submittal and work with initiators to close information gaps.
Route requests for approval and translate data into the various systems required for completion e.g. NPI PC role, Winshuttle, SAP-recipe management, SAP-QM.
Shepherd NPI requests through system set-up, prioritize and manage requests, and maintain request status list.
Manage business-specific documentation - active user list and various system securities, training materials, global material specifications and test methods.
Develop and implement training plan to onboard new users and keep existing users current.
Engage with the user community and spearhead efforts to drive continuous improvement.
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
A minimum of an Associate's Degree
Experience with Company and the Adhesives NPI process
Experience working with a variety of software programs including SAP and Microsoft Office
Demonstrated success as a team member and team leader
