ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF):
Provide relationship management support to enable Corporate Responsibility Officers and leaders to build and expand proactive community engagement strategies and partnerships.
Assist in business line collaboration to ensure the full potential of community impact and business generation are realized and articulated.
Provide business line support to the Director of Corporate Responsibility Community Engagement and CRO Team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assists with administrative, operational and documentation efforts of Corporate Responsibility Officers and Leaders.
Assists CROs in call preparation including performing industry/client research, preparing agendas and sales proposals and the initiating all follow- up correspondence.
Maintains, updates and creates reports from Salesforce to assist the team in business and community impact.
Fields incoming service requests, handles inquiries from other LOBs, community partners and customers in an efficient and timely manner.
Create pitch-books and supporting documentation for CRO calling efforts and LOB meetings.
Assures accuracy and timeliness of information systems supporting corporate responsibility initiatives by maintaining call and deal tracking databases as needed, and by preparing and analyzing community engagement strategies and market CBP/CRA production.
Create and maintain database of community partners that impact business operation and CBP success.
Administrative support for regional advisory council meetings.
Minimum 1- 5 years related work experience
General to working knowledge of banking industry and services.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and strong organization and follow up skills. .
Great PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and navigation of Internet.
