Acts as an objective advisor to LOB heads across a broad set of COO functions. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. Leads analyses to screen potential acquisition targets and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of LOB reporting and dashboards.
The Business Strategy & Initiative manager supports the Strategy and Client Experience team of the Private bank. This role is instrumental in establishing and driving the implementation of high priority programs and initiatives. This role will provide overall strategic focus on programs and initiatives that support business growth, client service, operational excellence, ECoM and driving overall profitability for the Private Bank.
Key contributor to the Private Bank Initiatives and change management practices.
Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence stakeholders to drive change
Communicate strategic business plans and provide project management support to address tactical goals clearly and effectively at all levels
Maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
Effectively communicates (e.g.. verbal , written and presentations) with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables and timelines.
Demonstrates excellent relationship building and consulting skills including the ability to successfully contract.
Prepare executive level presentations including quarterly business reviews, board materials and strategic plans
Partner with Event planning, Communications and Marketing to support Private Bank leadership and client meetings.
Experience with BAC Change, Operational excellence (OpEx) and ECoM and Project Management tools and processes.
Experience and ability to work in fast pace Enviorment with competing deliverables
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Real estate Planning
Excellent MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Strong Financial acumen
Ability drive strategy , influence and communicate across the Private Bank
Strong business judgment and decision making
Strategic communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
Experience building relationships to navigate across partners and enterprise
Excellent Presentation and Project management skills.
