The Cloud Technology organization builds platform and client services that are foundational building blocks for many other Company products and services. Areas of focus include: identity, security, cloud storage, e-commerce, workflow management, synchronization, customer facing web apps, scalability, infrastructure management and search, just to name a few. Company IT is a part of the Cloud Tech (CT) organization. IT exists to “Unleash the true potential of everyone to deliver extraordinary experiences.” This includes:
Delivering Enterprise, Employee and Data services and solutions
Running end-to-end operations for resiliency, reliability, redundancy
Running IT as a Business by being architecture driven and driving continuous improvement
Within the IT organization, the Enterprise Solution Services (ESS) team’s primary mission is to Imagine, Architect, Craft and Lead the Applications that empower Company’s business. The ESS organization is responsible for Marketing, Sales, Legal, Commerce, Finance, and Customer Support applications. The Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) position will be based in our San Jose office and will be part of an Agile team working with Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Legal Operations teams to deliver technology solutions to business problems. The primary enterprise applications supporting the Sales Platform are a combination of on-premise and cloud-based applications including Salesforce, Apttus CPQ/CLM, PROS CPQ and Icertis CLM. This role will be responsible for implementing solutions across the enterprise sales process, including configuration of sales, deal desk and legal workflows. You will have a passion for technology, process and efficiency and have proven a genuine sense of curiosity and a keen desire to work through unique and complex technical and process challenges at enterprise scale. You’ll work closely with our team of analysts, developers, QA, and product owners in North America, India and Romania in designing, deploying, operating and supporting leading edge enterprise sales experiences.
Understand and translate Enterprise Sales business strategy, business goals, and business processes into a world class solution.
Maintain and continuously improve Enterprise Sales processes enabled by the Sales Platform.
Configure Sales Platform applications and provide ongoing operational support.
Prepare documentation for system enhancements and customization, provide training and best practices to super-user and user community.
Implement process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support workflows.
Document solutions to enable ease of support across team members and across geos.
Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with other analysts, business users, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to support business operations.
5+ years’ experience supporting Sales/CRM, Quoting and Contracting enterprise applications
5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics business analyst or consultant
Experience with the Agile methodology
Experience with PROS Smart CPQ or Icertis Contract Management a plus
